Where are Maison Piou Piou clothes made?
All my clothes are handmade in my workshop near Paris, in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. I work alone, which allows me to guarantee exceptional artisanal quality and particular care for every detail.
Can I offer a Maison Piou Piou garment as a birth gift?
Of course 🤍 Each Maison Piou Piou garment is perfect for celebrating a birth. You can add a personalized message when you order, and I will print it on a pretty card to accompany the gift. You can also have the package delivered directly to the parents' address. An artisanal, unique, and poetic gift, ready to be offered.
How do I choose the right size for my baby?
My patterns tend to run large (like some American brands). I advise you to base your choice on your baby's height in centimeters rather than their age. For example, 3 months corresponds to 62 cm. For more precision, consult the size chart available on each product page.
Do you offer special customizations?
Yes 🤍 Since each piece is hand-sewn, I can sometimes create custom projects. This can include:
- coordinated sets for older brother / younger sister,
- special sizes up to 10 years old,
- clothing adapted for preterm babies.
Each customization is subject to a quote: we define together the available sizes, fabrics, and patterns. I invite you to contact me before placing an order so that we can discuss your wishes and create a unique piece, specially designed for your child.
What materials do you use?
I exclusively use Oeko-Tex certified fabrics, soft and safe for babies' delicate skin: cotton jersey, French terry, rib knit, cotton terry, among others. Some fabrics are even custom-printed in Europe, sometimes designed by me, for unique and poetic creations.
How can I place an order?
Simply add the desired items to your cart and follow the online ordering steps. Everything is simple and secure. ✨
What are the delivery times?
- Manufacturing: 1 to 2 weeks depending on my order book.
- Shipping: within 2 to 3 business days once the item is ready.
Some reduced-price items are already in stock and can be sent immediately.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes 🤍 You have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange, as long as the items are:
- unworn,
- unwashed,
- in perfect condition.
👉 Personalized items are not exchangeable.
How can I track my order?
As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (Colissimo or Point Relais).
How do I care for Maison Piou Piou clothes?
To preserve the softness and lifespan of your baby clothes:
- wash inside out, machine wash at 30°C with similar colors,
- air dry,
- iron at low temperature if needed.
