A baby bib designed for the first two years

Whether baby is breastfed, bottle-fed, or discovering their first solid foods, spills and spit-up are part of daily life. So when I sewed one, I wanted it to be truly useful, not just pretty.

This bib is reversible: the visible side is Oeko-Tex certified double cotton gauze, light and breathable, soft against a newborn's skin. The skin-facing side is bamboo micro-sponge, ultra-absorbent and silky, which catches spit-up and feeding spills from breastfeeding or bottle-feeding before they reach clothing.

The metal snap closure can be fastened effortlessly with one hand, even when the other is holding the baby during breastfeeding or mealtime. Strong and resistant to repeated washing, it remains perfectly functional over time.

Each bib is hand-sewn in my workshop in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, in small batches, with fabrics carefully selected for their softness and safety on babies' sensitive skin. A great newborn gift idea, to pair with pajamas or slip into the hospital bag.
